摘　　要：非洲是否存在市民社会 ?如果存在 ,与西方的市民社会有何异同之处 ?是否一样可以用来作为社会民主化程度的标识 ?如果没有 ,非洲社会的民主又是怎样的形态 ?本文从梳理市民社会概念入手 ,结合非洲社会自身的特色 。Is the civil society existing in Africa or not? If yes, is it different with the civil society in western countries? Can it also be regarded as a symbol to judge the degree of social democratization as it is in western society? If not, what kind of formation is it for social democracy in Africa? Take the analysis of the concept of civil society as the point of departure, plus combining with the characteristics of African society itself, the article discusses the issue of whether Africa must experience and take the way of western democratization.
