摘　　要：高炉上料是炼铁生产的重要环节 ,仪表是高炉操作者的眼睛 ,可靠完美的上料自动控制及数据采集对于高炉的顺行稳产、降低焦比、提高产量质量起着重要的作用。本文主要介绍如何利用一套低成本的西门子PLCS730 0实现高炉上料的过程控制。Charging is the important proceduce in making iron. Meter is the operator's eyes. Perfect charging automatic controlling and collecting data play an important role in reducing coke rate,increasing quality. Introduce how to use Siemens PLC S 7300 with low cost to control the process of charging, collect meter data and blast temperature adjustment.
