肛垫复位术治疗环状混合痔18例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :为探讨肛垫复位术治疗环状混合痔的可行性。方法 :采用肛垫复位术治疗环状混合痔 18例 ,并作临床观察。结果 :18例全部痊愈。结论 :该法具有切口小、疼痛轻、并发症少 ,创口愈合快 。In order to reduce the postoperational sequelac as anal deformation,leakage,paresthesia,striture,etc after hemorrhoide surgical operationes,anal cushion surgical operations were applied in the treatment of cicular mixed hemorrhoides.Compared with the therapentical effect of the traditional V-type external hemorrhoid dissection and internal hemorrhoid ligation,this method causes small in incision,slight pain,less complications,early healing and lower in relapse rate.
