摘　　要：目的 为了解广西壮族人群DIS80位点群体遗传资料。方法 使用PCR结合非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳（PAGE）银染技术分析300名广西壮族无关个体DIS80位点多态性。结果 观察到23个等位基因,74个基因型,杂合度、非父排除率、个体识别力及多态信息含量分别为0.824、0.763、0.968、0875。其基因型频率分布符合Hardy-weinberg定律。对5个家系相关个体分析符合孟德尔定律。结论该方法具有快速、简便、灵敏度高特点。Objective To study the distribution of allele and genotype frequencies of DIS80 VNTR locus in the population of Zhuang nationality in Guangxi. Methods The polymorphism of DIS80 locus in three hundred unrelated individuals of Zhuang nationality were analyzed by PCR and PAGE combining silver stain. Results Twenty three alleles and 74 genotypes were observed in the Zhuang population. The observed Hetrozygosity(H), probability of exclusion(PE), discrimination power(DP) and polymorphism information content (PIC) were 0.824, 0.763,0.968 and 0.875 respectively, The obsreved genotype distribution was in accordance with Hardy-weinberg equilibrium. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid with high sensitivity.
