摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆在向社会提供信息服务时所遇主要障碍的分析,指出今后高校图书馆应采取的对策。Through the analysis on the main obstructions encountered by university library in the course of providing in-formation services for the society,this paper puts forward some countermeas ures should be taken by university library from now on.
