急性病毒性肝炎患者全血GSH—Px、血清LPO水平观察

摘　　要：54例急性病毒性肝炎患者的全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH—Px)和血清过氧化脂质(LPO)的测定,发现 GSH—Px 活力在急性肝炎患者明显降低.LO 含量增高.多因素相关分析提示急性肝炎患者血清 LPO 的增高与 GSH—Px 活力呈负相关.The blood Glutathione Peroxidase (GSH—Px)and Lipid Peroxidase(LPO) were determined in 54 patients with acute viral hepatitis.The activity of GSH—Px decreased significantly and serum LPO was high in the same patients.Statistically the change of GSI—Px and LPO was negtively corre- lated,Our observation suggested that oxygen free radical (OFR) plays a role in pathological changes of the liver,where GHS—Px showed antioxidatant activity
