老年高血压患者肾功的放射免疫分析

摘　　要：本文选择了老年高血压(高血压组)及老年健康人(正常组)各30例进行了血生化肾功及放免肾功的检测,并在两组间作了分析对比,结果发现:①放免肾功的改变比血生化肾功的改变早期出现,②年老正常组的屎β_2-MG 比成年正常组增高,③高血压组的血β_2-MG、尿β_2-MG 及尿 Alb、皆比正常组增高。有非常显著差异(P<0.01)。④两组尿 IGg 比成年正常值略有增高,两组比较亦无显著性差异(P>0.05).⑤尿 Alb/尿β_2-MG 比值在老年高血压组大多数(76.67%)在10～300之间,⑥高血压组各期的放免肾功各项指标血、尿β_2—MG、尿 Alb、及尿 IGg 皆随着临床分期的进展而逐渐有所增高,总的来说.放免肾功的改变比血生化肾功的改变早期出现.老年高血肾功的损害比老年健康人为重.其损害是混合性的,而且随着临床分期而逐渐加重。Elderly:hypertensive patients (hypertensive group) and elderly health people (control group) 30 cases respectiuely,and evaluated their renal fccnction wich biochemical and radial immunclogic analysis (RIA).The results showed:①the changes of renal funcfion evalusted by RIA appeared earlier than by the biochemical analysis.②the wine β_2—MG of elderly health group were heigher than the normalvalue of non-elderly adults ③the bood、wine β_2—MG and wine Alb of hypertensive group were heigher than those in coutrol group,there well very significient difference(P<0.001).④ wine IGg of both groups were slightly increased than of the non-elderly adults,there were no significient difference between them (P>0.05).⑤the rafio of wine Alb/β_2—MG in most (76.67%) of hypetensiue group were 10～300.⑥the RIA pararneters (blood、wine β_2—MG,wine Alb、and IGg) in each hypetensive stage were increased according to the clinical s-tage, Above mentioned,the renal function evaluated by RIA appeared earlier than the biochencical changes,the damage of renal fanction in elderly hypertension were increased than the elderly health,the dancage was mixed, and increase grdually according to the climical stage.
