摘　　要：网络环境虽然对中小型图书馆的发展带来了一定影响和挑战,但它也有自身的优势,只要转变观念,坚持以人为本的原则,不断完善服务设施,也能逐步或跳跃式地实现图书馆自动化.Abstract:The net environment can bring seme influence and challenge to the development of middle and small types of library, but it has unique advantage. If only you can change the i-dea, insit on the principle of human being and perfect the service establishment continually, you can surely realize the development.
