摘　　要：通过法律逻辑的基本知识,分析我国《海商法》中未引进的“汉堡规则”中关于迟延交付的另一种情况——未在合理时间内交付,以减少理解上的分歧。Based on the basic knowledge of legal logic and Hamburger Rule,this paper analyzes the situation of delivery in unreasonable time—another form of delay in delivery which is not mentioned in Chines Maritime Code. It hopes that could reduce the difference in understanding. [
