摘　　要：介绍便携式速度、信号测试仪的功能及工作原理,分析其硬件和软件的结构。并对测试仪中小型微处理器的广泛应用和测试仪的功能扩展提供了灵活的设计,克服了以前测试仪笨重的缺点,具有较好的应用价值。This article introduces function and working theory of portable speed and signal testing apparatus and analyzes the structure of hardware and software.In this article flexible design is provided to the wide use of mini mi -cro processor and the expanding of function of testing apparatus.It can overcome the shortcoming of heavy of the old one and has preferable application value.
