摘　　要：在确定天然油脂氧化亚硫酸化新方法的工艺技术路线基础上 ,探索了棉籽油氧化亚硫酸化新工艺 ,找出了棉籽油氧化亚硫酸化的最佳工艺条件 .应用试验表明 ,氧化亚硫酸化棉籽油是一种性能优良的亚硫酸化类皮革加脂剂 .该工艺方法操作简单、生产周期短、无三废污染 。A new techniques of oxidize sulfting cottonsed oil has been explored and the best optimal techniques parameters of oxidize sulfites have been found based on having ascertained the technological route of oxidize sulfiting nature oil.The oxidate sulfite cottonsed oil is proved to be excellent used as leather fatiliquors by the application experiments and it has good application prospects with the advantages of simple and convenient operation,short production cycle and no waste discharging.
