摘  要:采用根据铝熔体覆盖保护和原子净化原理研制的JDN I熔剂 ,对ZL10 1A和ZL114A两种重要的Al Si合金进行净化处理试验发现 ,JDN I熔剂能够大大提高上述两种合金的综合性能 ,从而可以很好地满足这两种合金铸件的性能要求 ;而熔剂A对上述两种合金的作用效果不明显 ,常常不能满足合金的使用要求。试验结果还表明 ,采用JDN I熔剂净化处理ZL10 1A合金熔体 ,熔损仅为 0 75 % ,是C2 Cl6的 12 % ,为熔剂B的 65 2 %。The JDN I flux which was developed on the grounds of the theory of aluminum melt cover and protection & atomic purification was adopted in the refinement of two important Al Si alloys, ZL101A and ZL114A. The results of the experiment showed that JDN I flux could greatly improve the synthetic properties of them,and thus meeting the property requirements of their castings well. On the contrary, flux A had no obvious effects on the two alloys so they couldn't meet the needs of usage. The results also indicated that the melting loss of ZL101A alloy melt refined by JDN I flux was 0 75%, which was only 12% of that refined by C 2Cl 6 and 65 2% of that refined by flux B. The mechanism of JDN I improving properties and melting loss had been discussed too.
