摘　　要：在收集、整理和总结多个版本和厂家的参考材料和手册以及作者多年工作经验的基础上 ,在国产CAXA电子图版的二次开发平台上 ,选用VisualC + +语言研制了砂型铸钢件铸造工艺CAD软件。该软件具有图库管理、铸件重量和模数计算、铸造工艺方案和参数选择、冒口系统设计和浇注系统设计等项基本功能 ,对下环铸钢件铸造工艺的计算机辅助设计和生产实践结果表明 ,可以缩短工艺设计周期 ,提高工艺设计水平 ,生产优质铸件。Based on the collection, rearrangement and summary of different software versions as well as many references and handbooks of factories and the experiences of authors, and selecting the Visual C++ computer language, the foundry technology CAD software of sand steel casting has been developed on the second developing platform of Chinese CAXA electronic drawing plate. The software contains the basic functions such as drawing database management, casting weight and modulus calculation, selection of scheme and parameters of foundry technology, riser system design and gating system design. The results of computer aided design and production test for the bottom ring steel casting proved that, the technology design cycle can be reduced and the technology design can be improved,and sound casting can be obtained.
