摘  要:It has been discussed in this paper that adjusting the chemical composition,i.e.,the ratio of MgO,SiO2 and Al2O3,of cordierite-mullite deck to improve its microstructure has resulted in a high comprehensive indices,including apparent porosity being 27%,expansion coefficient in the temperature range of 20℃-800℃ being 2.46×10^-6K^-1,fracture strength being more than 19 MPa at ambient temperature,and more than 15 MPa at 1200℃,0.5h, and residual fracture strength at 1200℃,0.5h after 10 circles of 1100℃=air coling being 80.35% of the original.
