摘　　要：From the point that the stress-increase rate for hot modulus of rupture should be a constant,which is speified in ISO standard and the load and stress are functions of time,this paper has discussed the basic functions that the hot MOR tester should possess in order to meet the demands specified in ISO standard and the deter-mination of stress-increase rate.
