摘　　要：交易的普遍性以及人类追求经济利益最大化的本性使得交易制度创新成为人类经济活动的主要内容 ,所出现的交易制度可归结为易货交易制度、货币化交易制度、远期合同交易制度以及期货交易制度等几类 ,这些制度的效率在时间上是递进的 ,而在空间上又是相互依存的 。The generality of transaction and the human nature of seeking the maximum economic profits make the innovation of transaction institution the main content of human economic activities.The existing transaction institution can be classified into the following categories:barter TI,currenciesbased TI,futurecontracts TI and futures TI,the efficiency of which is increasing in time,but interdependent in space,thus forming a uniform TI system in human being's economic activities.
