摘　　要：本文依据金融规范,从智能CPU卡特有的物理性质、文件结构、密钥产生及其导出和分发,过程密钥、工 作密钥的产生与使用过程,COS的功能,安全状态,安全属性,安全机制等方面出发,讨论了智能CPU卡的安 全性。There is multitude confidential information in the self-aid monetary system application, among which there is the strict firework,thus it needs considerable keys. The strict key management system,-which ensures the safty of the bank and the card holder,is the most importment part of the financial IC card management system.This paper aims to study the key management mechanism of financial IC card.
