摘　　要：在借鉴分析国外无标底招标方式的基础上 ,结合我国加入WTO后的实际情况 ,详细阐述了我国做好无标底招标的环节配置 。In this paper based on references of bidding without basic price in foreign countries and combined with the actual situation in China as becoming a member of WTO, four configuration links for the bidding without basic price are elaborated in detail. At the same time the necessity and urgency of carrying out this bidding way are pointed out.
