摘　　要：利用因素排除法 ,分析出氧化铝 3号回转窑窑前鼓风机振动大的原因。为彻底解决此问题 ,阐述了缺陷处理的方法和地脚螺栓一次浇筑成功的经验 ,实践证明 。Utilizing factor exclusive method the causes of large vibration of blower in 3# alumina clinker rotary kiln are analyzed. In order to resolve this problem the treatment method and successful experience in pouring foundation bolt are elaborated. Practice verified that good effect has been received.
