摘　　要：分析了“九五”以来铁路货车运用工作取得的成效和存在的薄弱环节 ,对“十五”The achievement and weak points existing in operation of railway freight cars since the ninth five year plan are analyzed. How to adapt to the new situation for operation of railway freight cars during the tenth five year plan is discussed.
