摘　　要：制度从一种状态到另一种状态的变迁从来没有停止过 ,制度变迁的内在机制之一在于制度提供的适应效率 ,但这只是为制度变迁准备了前提条件 ,制度变迁的发生还取决于制度接受者对制度变迁的适应努力。本文从认知心理学的角度分析了个体在制度变迁中的心理适应机制 ,包括认知调节、态度转变、行为选择三个方面 ,有助于我们从心理学的角度来认识制度变迁的过程。The institutional change from one state to another never stops. One of the internal mechanism of institutional change lies in the adaptive efficiency it provides. But this only prepares the premise for the institutional change. Its occurrence also depends on the adaptive efforts that the receiver spares. This essay makes an analysis of the psychological adaptive mechanism during the process of institutional change from the view of cognitive psychology, which include three aspects such as cognitive adjustment, attitude change, behavior selection. This may help us to understand the process of institutional change from the point of psychology.
