抗鸡法氏囊病和新城疫高免蛋黄液的研制与应用

摘　　要：本文报道了用鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒(IBDV)和新城疫病毒(NDV)经多次、高度免疫的健康蛋鸡,从其所生产的蛋中,提取蛋黄,制成抗IBDV和NDV二联高免蛋黄液。其抗NDV的HI抗体和抗IBDV的中和抗体、沉淀抗体均达到较高的水平。经室内人工发病治疗试验及大田生产应用证明:鸡只注射二联高免蛋黄液之后,在短时间内对IBD及ND有预防作用;对刚发病的鸡群,及时用其注射治疗,效果显著。Yolk was separated from eggs laid by healthy hens which were inoculated with infectious bursal disease virus (IBDV) and Newcastle disease virus (NDV) several times, and a combined hyperimmune yolk-fluid against IBDV and NDV was obtained. Its haemagglutination-inhibiting (HI) antibodies to NDV as well as neutralizing and precipitating antibodies to IBDV reached a high level. The results of experimental and field triab showed that inoculation of this combined antibody product could , within a short time, allow chickens to withstand IBDV and NDV challenge. When injected into chickens early in an outbreak of these diseases, it showed marked therapeutic efficacy.
