摘　　要：通过对油井里潜油电泵的砂卡和结垢的成因进行分析研究 ,从理论上对防砂和防垢技术提出相应的研究方向及内容。在此基础上 ,研制出具有防砂和防垢性能的潜油电泵机组。经室内试验后在现场部分含砂结垢严重的油井中应用并获得成功。Zhongyuan Oilfield is a geological configuration complex oilfield.Through development by 20 years,hole condition is becoming bad.At present,the features of oil well are high water cut,high well temperature,high salinity and high sand production rate.If electric submersible pump is used in these oil wells,pump detection is often done because of sand plug and scaling.Through analysing and studying on the causes of sand plug and scaling for electric submersible pump,the sand prevention and scale control electric submersible pump is developed.Through field testing,it is used successfully in sand-bearing scaling well.
