摘  要:研究了采用水合肼(N2H2·H2O)/H2O2/CuSO4使冷法聚合丁苯胶乳在常压下氢化的各种条件,包括乳化剂种类及用量、催化剂CuSO4的用量、N2H4·H2O及H2O2的用量、反应温度及反应时间等对氢化丁苯橡胶氢化度及凝胶含量的影响。结果表明,当加入质量分数为0 8%的十二烷基苯磺酸钠乳化剂,CuSO4催化剂用量为0.0025 mmol/g,反应温度为55℃,反应时间为7h,N2H4/C=C之摩尔比为1.8,H2O2/N2H4之摩尔比为1.5时,可得到氢化度为98%。凝胶质量分数小于0.6%的氢化丁苯橡胶。The hydrogenation of styrene-butadiene rubber latex under normal pressure using hydrazine/hydrogen peroxide/copper sulfate system was studied. The effects of various conditions, such as kinds and amount of emulsifiers, amount of copper sulfate as catalyst, amount of hydrazine and hydrogen peroxide, hydrogenation temperature and time on the hydrogenation degree and gel content were investigated. The results showed that under the following optimum conditions: using 0.8% sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as emulsifier and 0.0025 mmol/g CuSO4 as catalyst, mole ratio of N2H4/C=C at 1.8, mole ratio of H2H2/N2H4 at 1.4, hydrogenation temperature at 55°C, hydrogenation time at 7 h, hydrogenated styrene butadiene rubber with 98% hydrogenation degree and gel content less than 0.6% could be obtained.
