肺通气显像剂——Technegas的制备及与其他显像剂的比较

摘　　要：Technegas(锝气体)是一种用99Tcm标记的超细碳微粒放射性粉雾剂,具有价格便宜、制备方便、使用安全、成像效果佳等特点。对比传统通气显像剂,Technegas与81Krm、133Xe等放射性气体在肺内分布基本一致,较99Tcm标记的放射性气溶胶中央气道沉积少,外周肺组织显影好。此外,Technegas显像与胸部X射线摄片、CT、支气管内镜等检查比较,亦具有独到优点。Technegas is a suspension of ultrafine 99 Tc m labelled carbon particles produced in an atmosphere of high-quality argon. It is cheap,always available and easy to use,delivers a low radiation dose,an d for the most parts,provides good quality lung images.In normal lungs,there was no difference radios in the lungs between Technegas and inhaled 81 Kr m ? 133 Xe.Compared with ordinary radioaerosols,it causees fewer and less intense foci of parasitic bronchial activity,and assures good peripheral penetration an d alveolar deposition.And Technegas ventilation imaging also has many ad-vanta ges over other methods,such as X-ray examinations and bronchoscopy.
