摘　　要：目的　探讨内田 -克莱佩林测验在民航飞行学员情绪稳定性的评价效度。　方法　对35 3名理论学习阶段的飞行学员进行了内田 -克莱佩林测验和艾森克人格测验 ;通过访谈法和因素分析确定情绪稳定性的效标系统。在飞行训练阶段对全体受试者进行了情绪稳定性的评估。　结果　该情绪稳定性效标有较好的效度 ;能力指数和飞行情绪稳定性有显著相关 (r=0 .2 4,P<0 .0 5 ) ;受试者的“心理素质”和飞行成绩在兴奋性的 3个水平上差异有显著性意义。　结论　内田Objective To investigate the relationship between scores of Uchida-Kraepelin test and emotional stability in flying cadets of civil aviation. Methods Uchida-Kraepelin test (UKT) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) were performed in 353 flying cadets during academic studying. A criterion of emotional stability were established by means of interview and factor analysis, and the emotional stability of subjects was evaluated in the period of flying training. Results The validity of the established criterion is good. The correlation between UKT ability index and flying emotional stability is significant (r=0.24,P<0.05). There are significant differences in flying emotional stability, emotional stability, flying tension and flying performance among subjects with shortage, moderation or overage excitability. Conclusion Uchida-Kraepelin test can be used for evaluating the emotional stability of civil flying cadets with satisfied validity.
