摘 要:目的 验证高压氧舱法和低压舱法检测咽鼓管通气功能时 ,引起实验豚鼠的中耳、内耳病理改变的一致性。 方法 健康的杂色豚鼠 36只随机分为 3个高压氧舱组和 3个低压舱组 ,分别在相应条件下进行模拟上升和下降实验 ,出舱电耳镜观察豚鼠鼓膜后处死 ,进行中耳及内耳组织学观察。 结果 鼓膜反应及中耳、内耳组织学改变组间无差异。Objective To compare the pathological changes of middle ear and inner ear of guinea pigs induced by hyperbaric and hypobaric chamber examinations for ventilation function of middle ear. Methods Thirty six guinea pigs served as subjects. They were randomly divided into 3 hyperbaric chamber groups and 3 hypobaric chamber groups. Three corresponding ascending and descending profiles of examination were used, and the state of tympanic membrane was observed following the examination. After that, animals were killed for microscopic examination of middle and inner ear. Results The congestion state of tympanic membrane and the morphological changes of middle ear and inner ear following examination in hyperbaric camber and hypobaric chamber were essentially the same. Conclusion Morphological observation confirmed that ventilation function of eustachian tube can be detected in hyperbaric chamber as well as in hypobaric chamber.
