摘　　要：目的　研究香榧假种皮二萜类成分。方法　采用低压柱层析、中压柱层析等色谱技术对香榧假种皮的二氯甲烷萃取部分进行分离 ,用 1 HNMR、1 3CNMR、EI- MS、IR鉴定化学结构。结果　得到了 5个二萜化合物 ,分别为香榧酯 ( )、18-氧弥罗松酚 ( )、18-羟基弥罗松酚 ( )、花柏酚 ( )、4 - epiagathadial( )。结论　化合物 ～Object To study the diterpenoids from the aril of Torreya grandis cv merrilli Methods The extract from the aril of T grandis was isolated and purified by chromatography on low pressure and medium pressure columns, the structures were identified and elucidated by 1HNMR, 13 CNMR, EI MS and IR Results Five diterpenoids were obtained and identified as torreyagrandate (Ⅰ), 18 oxoferruginol (Ⅱ), 18 hydroxyl ferruginol (Ⅲ), hinokiol (Ⅳ), 4 epiagathadiol (Ⅴ) Conclusion Compounds Ⅱ Ⅴ were obtained from this plant for the first time
