摘 要:聚丙烯作为耐腐蚀塑料已广泛应用于管道、塔器、换热器和贮罐等化工设备 ,其在一定温度条件下使用时 ,热氧老化是最主要的致老化破坏的因素。本文在介绍聚丙烯热氧老化的自动催化机理和抑制热氧老化抗氧剂的作用机理基础上 ,从稳定剂种类和稳定剂体系、稳定剂用量、聚丙烯结构、使用温度、抗抽出稳定性、其他添加剂等 5方面分析了影响聚丙烯长效热稳定性的因素 ,为聚丙烯设备的设计和使用提供参考。As an anti\|corrosion material, polypropylene is used to make chemical equipment (such as pipelines, towers, heat-exchangers and tanks). Thermal oxidation is one of the important factors for the oxidative degradation and breakage of polypropylene equipment when used in certain temperature ranges. This paper presents the thermal oxidative ageing mechanism of polypropylene and anti\|oxygen mechanism of antioxidant. Further on five factors were analyzed that indude the effect of type of antioxidants that cooperate with antioxidants , effect of antioxidant dosage, effect of chemical structure of polypropylene, effect of using temperatures, effect of transference of antioxidant in application and effect of other additives. This paper can be used as a reference for design and application of polypropylene products.
