摘  要:以间甲酚为原料 ,通过异丙基化及转位重排两步反应合成了间百里酚。在异丙基化步骤中 ,采用异丙醇为异丙基化试剂 ,以硫酸为催化剂 ,通过正交试验对实验条件进行了优化。重排转位则在无水三氯化铝存在下根据各异丙基化中间体的热稳定性不同而得以实现 ,同时考察了无水三氯化铝用量对实验结果的影响 ,为该产品的工业化生产提供了较可靠的工艺参数。间甲酚 异丙醇 硫酸 =1 1 .2 0 .7,在 1 1 0℃下反应 1小时得异丙基化中间体 ,再在无水三氯化铝存在下转位重排 ,经精制得间百里酚 ,总收率约为 75 % ,含量在 97%以上。M\|Thymol has been synthesized by isopropylation of m\|cresol followed by a rearrangement reaction. In the process of isopropylation, isopropanol was the isopropylation reagent while sulfuric acid was the catalyst, and the condition of process was selected by orthogonal experiments. Rearrangemect reaction was achieved in the presence of aluminium chloride as a result of to the difference of isomer products' thermal stability. The effect of aluminium chloride on the yield was also studied. The technology parameters were objective and useful to the industrialization of this product. When m\|Cresolisopropanolsulfuric acid=11.20.7, isopropylation intermediate was obtained by 1 hour's reaction under 110 ℃. Then through the rearrangement reaction step in the presence of aluminium chloride, m\|thymol was prepared with refinement with 75% yield and over 97% purity.
