摘　　要：选用钙镁粉、碳酸钙、陶土 3种填充剂制备填充聚氯乙烯热塑性弹性体 (TPE) ,分别考察了不同填充剂及用量、偶联剂、增塑剂、加工温度对PVC热塑性弹性体性能的影响 .结果表明 :3种填充剂均使TPE的力学性能下降 ;经偶联剂处理的填充剂填充效果好 ;选择合适的增塑剂 ,于 16 5℃时共混 。In this paper, using fillers, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) is prepared from PVC. The effects of the types of fillers, active agents, plasticizers and mixing temperature on the mechanical properties of TPE have been systematically researched in this paper. The optimal formulation of PVC TPE and its optimal processing condition were studied, thus the TPE with excellent properties were obtained
