摘　　要：目的　探讨老年冠心病冠状动脉旁路移植术 (CABG)的临床特点。方法　对 1999～ 2 0 0 1年 135例冠状动脉旁路进行分析 ,其中 70岁以上 (含 70岁 )的老年冠心病患者 4 2例 ,平均年龄 72 .3岁 ,占手术总数的 31.1%。结果　全组无手术死亡 ,与小于 70岁病例组相比 ,术前合并症多 ,术后并发症明显增加 (2 1.4 %比 8.9% ) ,但手术死亡率并无明显提高。结论　大于 70岁的老年冠心病患者 ,在药物治疗无明显好转时 。Objective\ To discuss t he clinical features of the elderly pati ents with coronary artery bypass graftin g.Methods\ From 1999 to 2001,135 cases of CABG were analyzed,of which the elderly patients no younger than 70 year s old are 42 persons at the percentage o f 31 1% with the average age at 72 3.Results The hospital mortality for the group was zero.Compared with the gro ups younger than 70,this group is featur ed with higher occurrences of preoperati onal complications,and the obvious incre ase in postoperational complications (21 4% to 8 9%).But the hospital mortality doesn t increase obviously.Conclusi o n In the case the elderly patients a bove 70 years old with coronary heart di sease don t get well with the medical t reatment,they had better go through the CABG.
