摘　　要：目的　为了解 2岁以下儿童母亲对婴幼儿急性呼吸道感染 (ARI)和腹泻 (CDD)重症识别知识及家庭护理知识知晓情况。方法　对金寨等 4县 (市 ) 2岁以下儿童母亲进行了分层抽样调查。结果　各项ARI、CDD重症识别知识及家庭护理知识知晓率分别为 6 .6 3%～ 5 8.7%。结论　通过各种形式的健康教育来提高ARI、CDD重症识别知识及家庭护理知识知晓率是十分必要的。Objective To understand knowledge on serious symptom of acute respiratory infection (ARI) and diarrhea (CDD) and family nursing of mothers whose children are younger than two years old. Methods a sample investigation was conducted in mothers whose children are younger than two years old in four counties. Result Only 6.63%～58.7% mothers had knowledge on serious symptom of ARI and CDD and family nursing. Conclusions Thus, it is very necessary to improve mother s knowledge on serious symptom of ARI and CDD and family nursing through multiform health education.
