摘　　要：目的　研究社会化养老机构中老年人主观幸福感、抑郁情绪及其影响因素。方法　对生活在老年公寓和社区服务家庭中各 138例情况类似老年人的主观幸福感、抑郁情绪、日常生活能力等因素进行了对比分析。结果　住老年公寓和住家庭中两组老年人的总幸福度、抑郁情绪总均分值无统计学差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;老年公寓和家庭中影响老年人心理状态的因素顺位不同。结论　条件好、服务功能完善的社会化养老机构中老年人有较高的主观幸福感 。Objective To study the happiness and gloomy emotion of the old living in the socialized aged organization and some influence factors. Methods A contrast analysis of 138 from the old apartment and 138 living in families was made, to their subjective happiness, gloomy emotion, ability of everyday life etc. Results There were no significant (P>0.05) in total happiness degree, total equal mark of gloomy emotion between two groups the old; but the order of the factors of influencing the olds' psychology condition are different. Conclusion The old have the higher subjective happiness living socialized provid for the aged with very well facilities, perfect serving the old apartment is a better fashion of socialized provision for the aged.
