甘蓝型黄籽双低杂交油菜新品种油研九号恢复系5862R的选育

摘　　要：以优良的甘蓝型油菜黑籽双低品系 60 0 3和黄籽双低高油分品系 40 8作为基础材料 ,采用杂交育种程序 ,经过 5年 8代 (含杂交当代 )的连续定向选择 ,育成了黄籽频率达 91 .6%～ 96.2 % ,含油量 46.7%～ 49.3% ,芥酸 0 .0 8%～ 0 .1 4 % ,硫甙 2 4 .6～ 39.1 4μmol/ g,丰产性与中双 4号相当的甘蓝型黄籽双低新品系 5862 R,并被用作恢复系组配成功一个甘蓝型黄籽双低杂交油菜新品种油研九号 ,于 1 998年通过贵州省审定 ,至 2 0 0 1年秋在长江流域各省已累计示范推广面积达The strain 5862R,with yellow seed and double low and high content of oil was selected from 6003 (black seed and double low) crossed with 408(yellow seed and double low) through 8 generations. Its yellow seed frequency was 91.6%-96.2%.The contents of erucic acid and glucosinolate were 0.08%-0.14% and 24.6-39.14 μmol/g,respectively and oil content was 46.7%-49.3%,the yield level was near Zhongshuang No.4. The strain had been used by restoring line,bred a combination of hybrid rape for Youyan No.9.It has been tested and a proved to pass through Guizhou province in 1998.Its total spreading area has been reached 40000ha in Autumn 2001.
