甘蓝型油菜细胞核+细胞质雄性不育系986A生育特性及制种技术研究

摘　　要：利用不育系 986A和 114 1A与恢复系 5 90 0进行杂交制种 ,在设置不同行比和栽培技术的比较试验中 ,调查了不育系 986A的生育特性 ,初步研究了利用该不育系制种的技术。结果表明 ,不育系 986A具有营养生长势强、抗逆性好、异交结实性高等优良特性 ;合理播期、初花期摘顶、终花后割除恢复系等措施是获得高产优质杂交种的关键技术。Using male sterile line and restorer 986A,1141A and restore line Hui5900 to produce hybrid seeds, different traits were recorded according to the line ratio and culture ways. Characteristics of 986A and hybrid seed production technique were researched. Result showed that 986A had strong growing vigor, more open petals for accepting outside pollen, high yield of hybrid seed and good disease-resistance. Suitable sowing date, cutting head of male sterile line in early flowering and restorer line in later flowering are key technique for attaining high yield and good quality hybrid seed.
