转Bt基因抗虫棉的筛选和抗性鉴定

摘　　要：20 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年采用卡那霉素叶片涂抹法和室内饲喂生物测定法筛选和鉴定转Bt基因棉原始群系“2 0 -1”2代 ,对单株进行了抗虫性鉴定和抗性级别评价。在供试的 3 2 1株材料中 ,筛选出特高抗棉株 2 2株 ,高抗棉株 19株 ,并将这些棉株的自交铃种子种成株行 ,进行了纯合株系 (抗性基因纯合 )的筛选 ,筛选出特高抗 8个株行 ,高抗 10个株行 。The bioassay with larvae of bollworm were used to identify and screen the resistance of Bt-transgenic cotton original group '20-1'to insects.22 top-high resistant plants and 19 high resistant plants were screened among 321 original plants.The seeds of the same plant were planted in line.8 top-high resistant lines and 10 high resistant lines were screened.
