摘 要:本文首次对调QNd:YAG激光器1064nm光泵浦CLBO晶体的倍频效率与晶体长度和偏振分量比的关系曲线进行了数值模拟计算.若泵浦光采用平面波形,CLBO晶体的Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类SHG效率可超过80%;若泵浦光采用高斯波形,CLBO晶体的Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类倍频效率分别为68.3%和80%。得到CLBO晶体倍频应采取Ⅱ类相位匹配方式的结论。For the first time, we have stimulated the SHG efficiency versus the polarization ratio and the crystal length of CLBO, which is pumped by the Q-switched Nd:YAG fundamental radiation with the wavelength of 1064nrn, with the shape of plane wave or the Gaussian beam, under the circumstance of phase matching. When the pumped radiation is of plane wave, the conversion efficiency of type-I and type-II SHG could be as high as 100% and 80%; when the pumped radiation is of Guassan beam, the correspondent efficiency could be 68.3% and 80%, respectively. It is necessary that the phase matching of type-II be utilized in the SHG of CLBO.
