摘　　要：简要叙述了 15 0系列高速大功率柴油机进排气门的工作条件 ,着重分析了提高通用化设计程度对优化结构和制造工艺、缩短制造周期、降低制造成本、提高产品竞争力的影响 。In this paper, the working conditions of the intake and exhaust valves in Series 150 high speed heavy duty diesel engine are presented, and influences of increasing its universal design level on structure and manufacturing process optimization, shorted manufacturing cycle,decreased manufacturing cost and increased product competing capability are analyzed in detail.Based on this, the necessity and import for improving the universal design of the series diesel engine are pointed out.
