摘　　要：本文介绍了芳香疗法的由来 ,精油对人体的生理、心理和药理作用。同时论述了薰衣草、香叶、桉叶、迷迭香、柠檬。This paper introduces the origins of aromatherapy,physiological,psychological and pharmacological effects of essential oils on human beings. The healing properties and application of lavender, geranium,eucalyptus,rosemary,lemon,cypress and peppermint oils are also discussed.
