摘  要:采用沉积硝酸铝结合水热处理对HY型分子筛进行改性 ,用FT IR技术研究改性后分子筛酸性质 ,并采用连续流动微型反应装置 ,对改性后分子筛负载加氢活性组分Ni W催化剂进行正庚烷加氢转化性能评价。结果表明 ,采用沉积硝酸铝结合水热处理对HY型分子筛进行改性 ,使其B酸浓度明显降低、部分B酸强度减弱。由此制备的负载Ni W加氢活性金属催化剂的加氢裂解活性缓和 ,异构产物收率高 ,从而显著改善Y型分子筛负载硫化态加氢活性金属催化剂的加氢功能与酸功能的平衡。Acidity of HY(Al) prepared by aluminum nitrate deposition together with hydrothermal treatment of HY zeolite was studied by FT IR. The performance of Ni W/HY(Al) catalyst was evaluated with hydroconversion of n heptane in a continuous flow fixed bed reactor. The results indicated that Brnsted acid site concentration of HY(Al) was significantly depressed, and the acid strength of some Brnsted acid sites weakened. Hydrocracking activity of catalyst Ni W/HY(Al) was moderate, and the product yield of hydroisomerization was high. Improved balance between the hydrogenation/dehydrogenation and the acidic function of Ni W/HY(Al) catalyst was observed.
