缩聚釜机械密封的改造

摘　　要：指出了原机械密封的缺陷 ,提出了新的设计要求。改造后的机械密封具有的特点是 :①采用了轴套式动环固定座设计结构 ;②采用了内外端面共用通簧结构 ;③密封环断面为矩形或方形 ;④机械密封比压适中 ,载荷系数K小于 1;⑤端面宽度合适 ,只有 12 .5mm ;⑥装配简单 ,劳动强度小。摩擦副动环材料为WC Co硬质合金 ,静环材料为填充聚四氟乙烯 ,寿命达160 0 0h以上。弹簧材料为 65Mn ,辅助密封圈用耐腐蚀性能良好的氟橡胶。计算了机械密封和辅助密封圈的受力情况 ,PcV值 ,密封准数G ,摩擦功耗 ,动环配合的过盈 ,动环及动环座材料的强度等等。用运行 2a多的实践证明改造后的机械密封结构设计合理 ,密封性能可靠 。The defect of the original mechanical seal is painted out,the new design requirements are put forword.The mechanical seal after modification has the characteristics such as using the axle sleeve type move ring fix stand design structure,using the inside and outside end face one spring structure,the section of the seal ring is rectangle or square,the ratio pressure of mechanical seal is moderate,the load factor K is less than 1,the width of the end face is only 12.5 mm,it is appropriate,the assemblage is simple,the labor intensity is light.The material of friction vice move ring is WC Co hard metal while the static ring is charged with polytetrafluoroethylene,the life time is over 16 000 h.The material of the spring is 65Mn while the material of the auxiliary seal ring is fluorine rubber which high temperature resistant and corrosion resistance is fine.The stress condition of mechanical seal ring and the auxiliary seal ring,the P c V value,the seal standard number G ,the friction power consumption,over support of the move ring,the intensity of move ring and move ring stand material are calculated.The experiences that operation for two years showed that after modification,the design of the mechanical seal structure is reasonable,the seal properties is reliable,the life time is long.
