The Genetic Study on Classification Qualities of F1 from Cross Between Indica and Japonica Rices

摘  要:分析程氏指数法所用6项指标的结果表明,45个籼粳交 F_1 6个分类性状的品种间差异均达到极显著水平,4种类型间差异也达到显著或极显著水平,6个性状环境相关不显著,遗传与表型相关表现一致,均达到显著或极显著水平。除穗轴第1节间长外,其余5个性状的遗传力均较高,其中稃毛和酚反应对 F_1类型的影响较大,聚类分析的结果与程氏分类法基本吻合。由于性状间表现高度遗传相关,在田间选择2~3个性状即可快速分类。The classification method basied on morphology was proved to be simple,available and scientific in the test.Analysis resulted from six indexes used in Cheng's classification showed that the difference of six qualities was significant varieties.Based on Cheng's classification the test illustrated that it is reasonable to classify rices cultivars into four types by the six qualities.The result from correlation analysis indicated that environmental correlation was not significant, on the six qualities,while the result of genetic correlation was cor- respondent with that of phenotypical correlation,bothreaching signi- ficant or very significant levels.Therefore,the phenotypical corre- lation analysis can be used instead of genetic correlation analysis.The result from the main ingredients analysis and heritability analysis displayed that pubescence was a major classification quality.Two or three qualities selected in the riceield were liable to classify promptly. On account of the genetic correlation,the results from statistic analysis generally tallyed with that from Cheng's classification.
