脂肝泰胶囊对高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠血清和肝脏脂质含量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药脂肝泰胶囊对高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠血清和肝脏脂质含量的影响。方法:采用喂饲高脂饲料方法复制高脂血症性脂肪肝大鼠模型,以东宝肝泰为对照药,检测各组大鼠血清和肝脏脂质的含量。结果:脂肝泰胶囊能明显降低模型大鼠血清和肝脏组织中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的含量,升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的含量。结论:脂肝泰胶囊具有较强的调节血脂和良好的抗脂肪肝作用。Objective:To observe the effect of Zhigantai Capsule on the content of lipid in serum and liver of fatty liver rats with hyperlipemla. Method:To feed the rats with high fat diet and duplicate the model of fatty liver and examine the content of lipid in serum and liver of each group with Dongbaogantai Capsule as the control medicine. Result:Zhigantai Capsule can remarkably decrease the content of total cholesterin(TC), triglyceride(TG), low density lipoprotein-cholesterin(LDL-C) and increase the content of high density lipoprotein-cholesterin(HDL-C) in the serum and liver of the model rats. Conclusion:Zhigantai Capsule has a better function in adjusting blood fat and resisting fatty liver.
