复方阿胶浆与鲨肝醇、VitB_4治疗氯氮平所致白细胞减少症的对照研究

摘　　要：目的 观察复方阿胶浆对氯氮平所致白细胞减少症的作用并探讨其作用机制。方法 将40例氯氮平所致白细胞减少症的病人随机分为复方阿胶浆组20例;鲨肝醇、VitB_4组20例,共治疗6用,每两周查白细胞一次,比较其结果。疗效判断标准按卫生部制定的《药物临床研究指导原则》升白细胞药疗效标准。结果 复方阿胶浆组治疗氯氮平所致白细胞减少症明显优于鲨肝醇、VitB_4组(P<0.01)。结论 复方阿胶浆治疗氯氮平所致白细胞减少症,疗程短,疗效好,简便易行,值得推广应用。Objective To compare the efficacy of donkey-hide gelatin syrup with batiol and vitamin B4 in the treatment of leukipenia caused by clozapine. Method 40 patients with leukipenia caused by clozapine were recruited for the 8 weeks treatment by donkey-hide gelatin syrup (N = 20) or batiol and vitamin B4(N = 20) . The efficacy was evaluated by the criteria of clinical drug research instruction. Results There was significant difference between two group ( P < 0. 01) . The efficacy was better in the donkey-hide gelatin syrup group than that of batiol and vitamin B4 group at the end of 8 weeks. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with leukipenia caused by clozapine, the efficacy of donkey-hide gelatin syrup is better than that of batiol and vitamin B4.
