摘　　要：回顾了“九五”以来中国洁净煤技术在各个领域的进展,分析了能源发展形势对发展洁净煤技术的需求,提出高效洁净燃煤、先进煤转化、先进发电是重点发展领域,“十五”时期是中国洁净煤技术发展的关键时期,建议启动重点领域的综合工程,全面推进洁净煤技术发展。This paper outlines the progress and achievements of Chinese CCT develop ment since Ninth Five-year Plan.It puts forward that high-efficiency and clean coal comb ustion,advanced coal conversion an d ad-vanced coal power generation technologies are priorities to be developed.It is suggested to reach high-efficiency and clean coal combustion through te chnological dissemination and engineering,advance coal gasification and liquefaction technologies in combi nation with technology import and domestic development,and accelerate the engineering development of advance d coal-fired power generation technologies.The measures framework is p ut forward from the points of policy,la ws,management,etc.
