摘　　要：从分析转炉活动烟罩故障率高、寿命短的原因入手,阐述了活动烟罩改造设计的原理、方法。实际运行表明,改造取得了成功。Causes of high failure rate and short service life of the movable fume cover of converter were analyzed. The design′s principle and methods for the transformation of the movable fume cover were presented. The practice showed that the transformation was a success.
