摘 要:活性矾土对高温烟气中二氧化硫具有显著的脱除效果。本文利用模拟高温烟气对此进行了研究,结论为贫氧高温时,活性矾土主要依靠吸附对二氧化硫进行脱除,且较低二氧化硫浓度(500 ml/m3)及较高温度(800℃)下,活性矾土吸收二氧化硫效果明显。本文同时对吸附参数进行了计算。Active bauxite has been found suitable for sulfur dioxide (?02) removal from hot flue gas in the coal combustion system. The experiments under different temperature (700癈, 800癈) and S?2 concentration (500 ml/m3, 3000 ml/m3) have been done here. The conclusion is that the main mechanism of S?2 removal with active bauxite is absorption, and higher absorption ratio can be gotten under lower S?2 concentration and higher temperature. The absorption coefficient and desorption coefficient are also calculated, and the results reveal they can get larger value as the temperature is higher under 500 ml/m3 SO2 concentration, while there is reverse trend under 3000 ml/m3.
