摘 要:应用扫描电镜对太行山猕猴和Sprague -Dawley大鼠肝细胞表面进行了观察 .发现在猕猴和大鼠的部分肝细胞表面都存在特征性的凹陷 ,该凹陷内分布有微绒毛 ,有的存在胆微管 ,同时 ,还发现细胞表面存在突出结构 ,该突出结构端部膨大 ,颈部稍细 .由此认为这有可能是哺乳动物肝细胞表面的固有结构 。Observed the hepatocytes of Sprague-Dawley rat and monkey of mountain Tai Hang, a special structure of dent was found to be present in the membrane of hepatocytes, at the same time, microvillus in the hollow. Moreover, a sticking-out structure, of which the end is thick and big and the neck is thinner , also present on the preface of hepato- cytes. To be concluded according to the results observed , this special structure might be the inherent structure on the surface of hepatocytes. The dent and the sticking-out stucture in the surface of hepatocytes of mammalian perhaps is a couple of special fashion of cell junction between the two hepatocytes.
