摘 要:本文用水培法研究Hg2 + 浸种对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长情况的影响 ,结果显示 :种子萌发率、平均株高、日均增重、平均根长、叶子的叶绿素含量和可溶性蛋白含量随Hg2 + 浓度升高而呈下降趋势 ,但在低浓度时 (Hg2 +≤ 2 0mg/L)各指标的下降不明显 ,对小麦萌发及生长无明显抑制 ,种子萌发率还略有上升 ;叶子的SOD和POD活性变化趋势为随Hg2 +The experiment are carried out with water cultivation to study the effect of soaking of Hg 2+ on wheat during its germination and seedling growth. The results show that the rates of germination ,the average height of seedling , the average added weight per day and the average root length, the concentration of dissolved protein, the concentration of chlorophyll were getting down with the Hg 2+ concentration raising. But under the lower Hg 2+ concentration(≤20 mg/L)the indexes what mentioned above were not obviously dropping ,and the rates of germination were up a little. The activity of POD and SOD were up with the Hg 2+ concentration raising, but at Hg 2+ ≥50 mg/L the activity of POD began to drop, at Hg 2+ ≥70 mg/L the activity of SOD began to drop.
